    To clarify.
Rebulding a rig created in v. 2.2.6 stalls at Arm_Switch_Ctrl, when using v. 2.2.8 rebuild options:

I was able to duplicate this bug.

    1) create a rig with an arm module pair
    2) add a new FK module to the end of 1 arm but do not create a mirrored pair.
    3) create rig. Fails with this message // Error: line 20859: No object matches name: Arm_Switch_Ctrl //

seems to work fine if both arms have identical modules attached (ie, mirrored pair)

Bug still present in V. 2.3.0

To clarify, if you rebuild a version created in V. 2.3.0 eveything works fine.
