1.6.3 - Local Axis on Spine controls are wrong ( even on biped)

Curious as to why the Root control and  spine controls have X pointing up.

Feet and Ik controls have Y pointing up.

In 1.6.6, it has gone back to the default of Y pointing up. The previous implementation was having X-axis as the twist axis as the standard axis for all modules. In update 1.6.6, it is back to Y being the twist axis on the root and spline modules. However, there is the option to swap it in the proxies if the user wishes to have X-axis be the twist. For example, it the user is wanting to rotate FK and Spline modules together and expecting a similar rotation on both modules, setting the Spline to X-axis as the twist would achieve this result.
