Hi Lili, So just to make sure, you have the file in your scripts folder in either: Mac: Users/YourUser/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/scripts/ or Windows: C:/Users/YourUser/My Documents/maya/scripts/ If the file is there and you restart Maya, entering DSN_RapidRig into the command line should bring up the UI. If you are getting an error, can you give me the exact error that is in the script editor/command line? That will help me diagnose the issue you are having. If it says Cannot find procedure "DSN_RapidRig" then that probably means the file is not in the proper location. If all else fails, you should be able to drag and drop the script into Maya from your explorer window to make it run. Obviously that isn't the most convenient thing to do. Dustin
