 I can see the problem with fore arm curves and lower leg curves. upper arm and upper leg working fine. u can see in image below

    This is likely an issue with your weights. I did a test with simple cylinders. In the weights, I stripped out the weight on the hip and knee joints, but the hip and knee curve joints have influence. Otherwise the weighting is default "Closest in Hierarchy" settings.
     
    The joints in the upper leg compared to the lower leg are all in the same positions and have matching rotation axes.

    For whatever reason, the site is not letting me upload images to show you what I set up. But try what I suggested about stripping out the weights on the hip and knee joints and see if that helps.
