GER shifting keys

Hi, there's a thing which I think is a bug that when you shift multiple adjacent keys in time, it doesn't shift them in integers. keys become float numbers.

I think the reason must be that it tries to move keys one by one and starting from the beginning. So it tries to move 11 to 12 while there's already a key on 12 so that key becomes 11.996. Only the last key survives from this.

Solution can be to make it start from the last key in shift direction.
