After Maya 2017 crash GER is not working anymore

everytime i have to force maya to close or it crashes Ger doesn´t work anymore after restart.

Ger buttons appears but the main area of graph editor shows nothing and it sends this error.

# Error: file: D:/Libraries/Documents/maya/2017/prefs/scripts/GER/scriptsModified/graphEditorPanel.mel line 1622: WindowsError: file C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2017\bin\python27.zip\shutil.py line 237: 3

have to delete the prefs folder and start the whole installation of GER again. Just overwriting GER folder doesn´t work
