WARNING: This script sometimes irreversibly destroys the mesh it is affecting. I have not been able to determine what causes the mesh to be destroyed because it rarely occurs. Make sure you save your scene before using this script. It is very useful and I use it all the time, but I have run into problems. David Keegan is not responsible for any losses that may occur.
