Installation instructions for ZBrush 4?

This looks awesome and just what I need!
Unfortunately, there aren't any installation instructions given with it, and the site that is listed in the .txt file in the zip package is not valid (it goes to some forum thread somewhere that is no longer accessible).
I tried to paste it into ZData>ZPlugs, but I get an error that the interface cannot be found... Screenshot is attached to show what happens.
What to do?
Please HELP!! I desperately need to use this for a project.
