Does the same as the shake node. It dilates/erodes an image but takes a supplementary gradient as a controller for the amount of the effect (actually it is the red channel only that works as controller).
This is the first version. It has only 20 steps and you can smooth between them.
In the future there will be a slider to set the desired amount of steps...
