This little UI Paint Weights tool is very efficient, combining your often used paint weights commands in an easy to reach floating panel.
This panel lets you lock/unlock all the weights, lock individual weights, mirror, prune, rotate the joint you are working on without leaving the tool, and other nifty features that I am just discovering and incorporating into my workflow.
I highly recommend checking this tool out, low/no learning curve, instant satisfaction.
