with some help after watching Advanced Subsurface Scattering Techniques in Maya and mental rayon Digital Tutors i decided to make a simple script to do the whole proccess in a minute :D its really easy really :D. if you have any questions tell me :)
FYI: Go to your Algorithm control in the Red,Green,Blue_misss_fast_skin_0's// (the shaders made by the script) materials and decrease the Scale Conversion to about 5 to 2 and increase the Falloff to a higher number depending on the objects scale even over 200 :)
