switching neck FK to IK flips one neckjoint 180 degrees

Hi Ingo,

there's a strange thing happening with the neck, when I switch from FK to IK: it flips one joint in the chain 180 degrees and distorts the mesh... I'm not skilled enough to understand the inputs of this joint. When I move the headcontrol about, the joint rotates also wildly... do you have an idea, what could be causing this?

    Hard to say from here. It never happened before on my end. Must be something specific to your scene but I am not able to tell from a screenshot alone.
