Curiously this script is announced as a Mel script for Windows but it works like a charm on Maya for Mac OS X. I download it and install it in a Maya 2010 and — of course some bugs but it seems be normal — it works pretty fine. I tested with a polyplane (only polygons in fact accept polyrandomizer) and it works properly. You can play with the small window that opens when writing the command polyrandomizer(); or something like that. So mac users go and use this script.
