this script basically allows you to select an object to snap, then select the object to receive the snap.. and place the first selected object at the second selected objects pivot... if the objects both have a centered pivot, then the object goes to the center of the other object.. if the pivot is 5 units off the x axis.. then when the snap is made... the object will be snapped to the other pivot, however, it will sit 5 units off the other .... this is not a pivot constraint .. it is simply just a tool to allow you to snap pivots like grid/curve/cv .. etc
