Mainly for animators who need to "see" when characters and environment meshes clash into each other.
Features of this tool:
renders selected objects using an Occlusion preset
user is able to set the render resolution and choose camer view to render via the Render Settings tab
the tool will clean up itself upon closing the render window or pressing the 'Clean Up Layers' button
perspective camera view is a permanent feature in the Render Buttons tab
Do refresh the tool (Render Settings tab) after loading a different scene.
Note: I do not have a Mac nor a Linux machine thus testing is limited to a windows machine with Maya 2011 SP1. It would be greatly appreciated if you'll inform me on whether it works on the other platforms and Maya versions.
