I couldn't see any pop-up window when i hit a little phyton icon

Hello guys,

i loaded the script (jammOrientJoint.py) under Script Editor, and then executed it.
After that, I selected the script under history section of Script Editor to save script to shelves.
I got a little icon for the script under the shelves, but it dosn't work when I hit it.
I couldn't see any pop-up menu regarding Joint-Orient Tool.
I dont know how to resolve it. Can you tell me what i am going to do?
