tested in Maya 2012 on Windows7 x64 with Dynamica v2.81 installed.
1/ Installation
Just run the content of the mel script inside the script editor. Or if you want to use it as a shelf button, just save it as a mel button.
2/ Usage
Launch the script. Select a single or multiple Dynamica rigid bodies (also works with arrays). Select the transform you want to change. Set the XYZ values. Hit "Apply". If you want to randomize the values on your multiples objects, just check the "randomize" box and set the multiplier.
