I used to use this script in Maya 2012 and it was amazing! It saved me so much time on animating objects building up. When I tried to reuse it in Maya 2013, the UI doesn't appear and I have no idea why. I don't write scripts, so I don't know if something's wrong. :(
Ummm... Just tested it one more time in 2013 and it works. Have you changed your PC config? for instance, changed the number of monitors. If so, or not, try deleting your windowPrefs.mel file manually or run this code (make a backup if you want):
MEL:
sysFile -delete (`internalVar -upd`+ "windowPrefs.mel")
