Attribute Collection lets you interactively build a custom UI that can be saved with the scene. Simply select some channels in the ChannelBox, then type "ac" in the script editor.
The script is part of the Bonus Tools for Maya. This version 2.02 fixes some small problems with Qt (Maya 2010 & 2011). It also contains an updated help file.
