Random syntax error

An amazing script when it works, but at times it throws up a syntax error and I can't for the life of me figure out why.

Sometimes I've been able to get around it by using a single mesh rather than a group, but not always.

    Okay, I've found that closing Maya and opening the scene again seems to fix the issue. This does crop up a great deal, so it may still be worth looking into.
