For example, Id like my spline IK to have minimal controls, lets say 4-5, and controlling a 5 bone chain. That chain either can skin or cluster a secondary splineIK with 30 or more joints. The "hirez" chain is skinned to the geometry, and the 'lorez" is driving it. Have the selected bones in the hirez chain replace the lorez for deformation sets. Also have it so you can type in how many joints you want in the hirez chain like in bonus tools.
