1. Removed cluster filtering related options; Now only two options exist.
2. Removed "Pinocchio.dll" dependency. Now with just one file (Skinner.mll)

4. Added 'max influences' option. default is 5.
5. Improved mesh integrity test. It prevents unexpected application crash (sorry for that) from meshes with bad topology.

Introduction
'Skinner' is an advanced skinning algorithm to replace default smooth bind in Maya.
This program uses part of the Pinocchio automatic rigging library developed by Ilya Baran (ibaran@mit.edu).

How to Install
1. Copy "skinner.mll" to wherever you like.
2. Load "Skinner" from plug-in manager window.

How to Use
1. Select a mesh and joints to bind.
2. Apply "Smooth Bind" first. (The standard one in Maya.)
3. Select the mesh again. (only mesh, not joints)
4. Type "Skinner" in command line and press enter.

Command Options
1. '-tol' : Distance field tolerance (default: 0.001)
2. '-maxInfl' : Number of max influence objects per vertex (default: 5)
