In working with Mery for the first time, I immediately fell in love with the rig, but there was one thing that I was a little agitated by, and thats the facial controls. Maybe it's just me, but I like to see and understand what each control does before I move them. This also allows me to move a bit quicker in applying what I want for a quicker workflow. So here I created a way to have a pretty decent display for Mery's facial controls for all the Mery fans out there.
Included:
The .psd file I used to create the file (needed for Maya plane texture)
The .ma file set up for the Mery Facial Control Box
Instructions:
Download files
Place "DJsMeryFacialLabels" folder along with the files in the "Mery_v3.####" folder provided by MeryProject.com
After Mery is referenced in your scene, File>Import "DJsMeryFacialCtrlLabels.ma" into your scene
Click on the plane that is now added to your scene and correct the location of "DJsMeryFacialLabels.psd" in your Attribute Editor>Color>Image Name
