first of all thanks for sharing.
But your rig doesnt work at all. It doesnt matter what i move, everything collapses and deforms. you need to work on Paint Skin Weights. The only thing that nearly works are the legs. but again, if i move the right foot, the left one deformes too.
another thing is that i can select the joints, you should change that too. and give the hand a control, dont let the animator touch the geometry.
