is there any way to control manually the pole vector of the elbow instead of using the elbow control on the hand? I cant find the pole vector in the outliner...
I had the same thing...... try unhide all, and try filter out just ik handles in the outliner. then I duplicated the knee controls and used them as pole vectors for the arms, alot more stable
