This simple character has great controls for cartoony animation. Everything is stretchy and resizable (including the head and fingers, and different zones of the spine), everything can be isolated, and there are special built-in tools like anti-IK pop and a menu with FK/IK switching controls. It was rigged with The Setup Machine 2 for Maya from Anzovin Studio. You can find a detailed description of how to use the rig in the TSM manual.
