Face Selector is not appearing

So I downloaded the rig and it has several extra files for the face selector, bodyselector, and bipedselector.

When I open the boy file everything appears correctly but I noticed that the selectors werent there at all. I thought it might be turned off but there isn't any options to turn it on in the channel box area. So I though you might have to import the selector files into the scene.

Anyway no matter which way I open it (boy first, then selector or selector file then boy) It's not connecting. I added a photo to show what i'm specifically refering too.

For the download there isnt any read me file so I'm at a loss.
