clean outliner and remove dispLayers.
would be nice if the visibility ctrls were on the top grp instead of disp layers cuz they can be confusing when more than one of the same charater is referenced. outliner = one grp to hide it all! ;) i posted a bugg about the shoulder but that should ofcourse be a request and not a bug cuz the shoulders are working....just not good in fk mode...

also, woukld be good if you split up the eye and brow into induvidual ctrls for eayser control. also would be good with more control over the eyebrows and mouth. when squashing the head, dont forget the glasses...maby attatch them with rivet to the head
