Great tool!!!
I just started using RRA and on 3/28/2015, that's the same day i made the purchase..
I notice in the proxies set up, i cant remove the mouth controls or and the hip rotation is not working after generate the rig. Everything else seems to work fine.. and is it possible to resize controllers after generating the rig?
I also notice that you had a different version named RRM, I made my purchase to early.. is there a way i can get a refund or pay the difference to upgrade to the RRM ? It seems more of what i will need since it can create creature rigs, the character I'm working on has 3 eyes and no mouth.

And now today i was trying to use it.. after creating the shelfs, it wont open.

The hips should rotate. Not sure why they wouldn't, hopefully once you send me the file I can see what is going on. The email address is in the "Rig Extras" tab of the UI. The model can be as complicated and in as many pieces as you want. As long as each piece is skinned, it should work fine. -Dustin

Thanks for replying I've emailed creative crash. After i skin the model to the rig, the hip will not rotate, my character has armor.. will not be an issue ? does the model need to be simple like the cowboy ? And sure i can email you the file.. may i please get the email address you would like me to send it to. And the scripts on shelf works now.

Apologies for the late response. I'll try to answer your questions one by one. You cannot delete any of the proxies because that would break the rig generation. One of the reasons why the Jaw is required is for generating the optional "Rapid Mesh" as well as using the RR:Anim and RR:Poser scripts. I am not sure why your hip rotation is not working. Can you elaborate further? Perhaps you could send me your file? You can try emailing Creative Crash's support to see if they would be willing to refund your purchase. That is not something I can control. Now that your scripts are in your shelf, what is the error message you are getting? Did you put the files into the correct directory? -Dustin
