Texture seams

Date:04/10/2013

well first off let me say I love this program and it has helped me already in optimizing my game assets. however one small niggling issue I came across. I am wanting to  do a texture atlased "wall" that repeats across a wall section. It is made up of 3 sections. however whenever I bake it to atlas along with other uvmapped objects (e.g. archways, boxes, runes etc) I get this wierd thin little seam between each section of the wall.  I have no idea on how to avoid it. what am I doing wrong? in this screenshot I also tried baking the color. anyhoo, please let me know what I need to do. maybe I am overlooking something. thanks.
