can't make it work

thanks for this great script
sadly i'm not able to make it work

created a new project folder and pasted the img seq in sourceimages folder

ive renamed the 1st script as
// CROWD NAMEstring $cn="testCrowd";

and in the second tab i've changed the settings as the img i've uploaded

and when i run it i get an error msg // Error: Invalid flag '-channelB56x' //

pls help!!!
