Hi, I'm making a tool to create a picker tab from maya curves (degree 1). It really helps in creating more elaborated pickers, because you can use standard maya curve editing capabilities to create the curves for the picker items. I attach a quick test screenshot.

i'm planing on adding a export/load from file option to tabs directly too.

Actually this "picker curves thing" tool works quite well for now. If a make a 'Curves Library' I can use them in future pickers or make specific curves for a character very quickly. The tool only allows to create picker nodes and add tabs to them from the selected curves (you can set/get the item color from the curve), but it is enough for now.
