The story of these ruins is that inside holds a locket with the key to the grate keepers realm. Th grate keeper is an ancient black dragon that looks oversees the passage of souls from life to death.
Done in maya 2009, and rendered with mental ray.

the parts that are 3d is the car and the cement that the car is on. the background is a photo given to me by my instructor to use for rendering in mental ray.
Made in maya 2009 extended edition and rendered in mental ray. Then some small adjustments in photoshop cs4. Enjoy ^_^ !!!

A project I first started to test the new feature of zbrush with the release of Zbrush ZR2 and I take it further because I really loved with I came up with when I sketched in dyamesh (one of the new features).
Sculpted, textured (Poly-painted) and rendered in zbrush. Some slight adjustments in photoshop.

This at first was test to test out Mayas Dynamic features like water and clouds and I kind of want allot further. In the end I learned a few things about maya and made some art, enjoy !!!
BTW, I love watchiing th rain ^_^ !!!!
