When I was trying this tool out, I got a sudden error before the tool finished skinning my object. I dont if I am using the tool wrong or I am missing a file. Going to try it on a different mesh to see if that is the problem. Thanks for the help.

I just tried the height weight tool on another character and Maya crashes. It crashes after it is saving the file to a folder in temp documents. Im using Maya 2008. Going to try reinstalling the tool to see if that helps.

What OS are you running? What's your mesh like? Can you post some screenshots.
