the best way to install it is as module.(rename plugins to plug-ins) by this way you dont have to frustate your classic directories with piles of files. didnt tried zebruv yet. but I will asap to compare with other tools. I am giving 5 * for plugin sources.that will guarantee to compile next maya versions.

Freeze and crash each time I press Unwrap button (2008 32bit) Non intuitive ergonomy in my opinion but interesting plug... go on

looks like and interesting tool but it's still far away from Road kill. It's free based in blender too and you can works the uvs in 3d and make the unwarp in realtime interactively https://www.pullin-shapes.co.uk/page8.htm
