Stretchy Ik leg problem

I m having problems with Stretchy Ik Leg

the problem starts when I scale the rig here is a look.

When the scale of rig is at 1 (default):
1

When rig scale is increased:
2

Why does this happen ? The stretch gets offseted when the rig scale is decreased Any solution ?

I think it's better you change the joints Scale X rather than Transle X . There is a plugin in this site that does this job perfectly .
